Senior Electro & Automation Engineer

This new team member will be leading electrical installation activities within the company, developing new concepts & following up with builders and automation companies during the fabrication of systems.

Job description:

  • Performing conventional and complex design work for electrical and automation;
  • Suggesting product improvements & developing new concepts;
  • Reviewing and/or modifying product designs;
  • Ensuring the right quality and competitiveness for the company in the market;
  • Preparation of detailed plans, drafts & reports for the clients;
  • Carrying out assignments given to the department including training, report writing and checking, travel activities;
  • Checking technical accuracy of work.

Requirements:

  • High education;
  • Experience working in senior engineering position(s) (at least 3 years);
  • Experience in designing electro & automation systems;
  • Experience working with Autodesk Inventor or/and Solidworks;
  • Knowledge of Autodesk AutoCad;
  • Ability to manage a team;
  • Experience in designing of metal structures, mechanical devices, pipelines;
  • Fluency in English.

FABRICATION SITE INSPECTOR

Area of Responsibility
The main responsibility of the Fabrication Site Inspector is to make sure that project requirements and approved procedures are followed by the SIDC LT supplier for structural steel fabrication. The Fabrication Site Inspector will report operationally to the SIDC LT Project Manager until close of project. The Fabrication Site Inspector shall report any non-conformities or observations that deviates to project approved procedures and requirements immediately and directly to SIDC LT Project Manager. It is also the role of the Fabrication Site Inspector to ensure a solution minded approach and communication with Client Inspector and SIDC LT supplier in the best interest of all parties.

Area of Authority
The Fabrication Site Inspector is authorized to immediately stop any fabrication work or process in case of non-safe operations or when non-conformity to project approved procedures and requirements occurs.

Primary Responsibilities
• Attend project PPM
• Responsible for project quality requirements being fulfilled on site
• Identify and initiate quality control spot checks
• Perform inspection and witness according to intervention points specified in ITP
• Ensure all procedures are identified and approved before start of project fabrication
• Ensure quality activities are executed according to established plans
• Report HSE observations to SIDC LT PM and Supplier responsible representative
• Immediately stop ongoing fabrication activities in case of non-safe operations
• Control of project fabrication documentation
• Final control and inspection
• Verify that packing list is correct versus actual packing

ENGINEER-CONSTRUCTOR

Job description:
– Design and strength calculations of metal structures, mechanical devices, pipelines;
– Making new drawings and revising existing ones;
– Coordination of technical tasks with clients;
– Collection of technical information;
– Controlling, coordinating and ordering materials for projects;
– Technological decision making;
– Assistance for production workshops;
– Preparation of production documentation.

Requirements:
– High education;
– Experience working with Autodesk Inventor or/and Solidworks;
– Knowledge of Autodesk AutoCad;
– Ability to perform strength calculations and analysis with Autodesk Inventor and Solidworks;
– Experience in designing of metal structures, mechanical devices, pipelines;
– Fluency in English and Russian.

Salary

WELDER (6GR, 135, 138/136, 141)

Job description
Production of critical structures, ship building and repair;
Work on missions abroad (the Netherlands and Finland) and in Lithuania;
Installation of piping (ferrous metal, stainless steel) in the said sites.

 

Requirements
Work experience;
Ability to work efficiently in a team;
Absence of addictive behaviour habits.

  • Scandinavian occupational safety cards;
  • VCA certificate.

Job description

Electricians and work supervisors are wanted for the work in the Netherlands and Belgium. Work in industrial, construction and offshore sites.
Installation and connection of cable lines.
Assembly and connection of electric cabinets.
Installation and connection of equipment.
Elimination of defects.

 

Requirements

Work experience in construction and industry;
Ability to work efficiently in a team;
Absence of addictive behaviour habits;
VCA certificate (an advantage);
English language.

METAL SHIP HULL ASSEMBLER

Job description

Perform the assembly of metal ship hull structures according to the prepared project technical documentation.

 

Requirements

Be able to read technical drawings and sketches, measure, mark and cut metal, drill, cut with manual and power tools, prepare ship structures for the assembly, assemble units, fasten fitted ship hull parts, comply with the safety requirements for work at height;

High school or vocational education;

Metal ship hull assembler qualification;

No less than one year of work experience in production.
